The high demand in jasmine flower has not been supported by its production. The objective of this study were to examine jasmine agribusiness activities of Ratoh Eboh and its problems;and to analysis the gender characteristics and the potency of woman labor in this agribusiness. The research was carried out in the center of jasmine production, Tunjung Village, Bangkalan. Survey method was employed and respondents interviewed included a number of women working in the business. The result showed that jasmine plant had a high potential to be improved both by extensification and intensification. Cultivation technique of this plant was not optimally yet, but the business condition this year was better than last year. The main problems were fluctuative market price, broker domination in the price decision, and pest invasion to the plant. However, socially economic condition of women and its family running the business was relatively good enough as the business could greatly support the well being on-the owner. Women had role in cultivation, harvesting, marketing, and producing handy craft from the flower. It is suggested that the growth of this business is potential to improve the woman labor resource as the main subject.
